Tourist map of Lithuania

This free tourist map of Lithuania shows important places in Lithuania. There are not only natural places - mountains, seas or rivers, but political borders and important cities as well. There are some special marks for selected interesting places which you should consider when planning your holidays (subject to availability - eg. the best beaches, monuments, trekking, attractions). In Lithuania there are much more of such places, of course and we are preparing more free maps which can provide more detailed information for your travel. Right now we recommend to visit for example these interesting places in Lithuania: Vilnius is the capital of Lithuania and it is known for its beautiful Old Town and its architecture. Kaunas is the second largest city and former citadel of Russian Empire. Palanga is a famous resort on a coast of the Baltic sea, a very popular place for tourists to visit in summer. Trakai is quite a small town, but it is a former capital of the country - and now centre of the Historical National Park and resort area. You should not miss Curonian Spit, a peninsula in the Baltic sea with spectacular sand dunes, seaboard forest and many old villages (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Hill of Crosses is well known site of religious significance - with many crosses. Kernavė is also a former Lithuanian capital - and now a well preserved archaeological site (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Molėtai Lakeland has a lot of lakes - and mini-resorts among them. These are just selected interesting places in Lithuania. There are much more sights and things to do, for example off the beaten tracks, off the main tourist trails. Some more information you can find on other maps here.
