This free tourist map of China shows important places in China. There are not only natural places - mountains, seas or rivers, but political borders and important cities as well. There are some special marks for selected interesting places which you should consider when planning your holidays (subject to availability - eg. the best beaches, monuments, trekking, attractions). In China there are much more of such places, of course and we are preparing more free maps which can provide more detailed information for your travel. Right now we recommend to visit for example these interesting places in China: China, officially known as the People's Republic of China, is a huge country with the world's largest population. There is a lot of interesting places in China, there are more than 40 sites on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Everybody knows the famous Great Wall of China, longer than 8000 km, Mount Everest (Chomolungma), the world's highest mountain, and Yungang Grottoes. But there is much more: Hainan island, a tropical paradise, Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve with many waterfalls, lakes and giant pandas, Mount Tai, one of the sacred mountains, Tibet and Turpan. Beijing is the capital of China, where you can see the famous Forbidden city, the Yonghegong (Lama Temple), come museums, National Stadium or Bird's Nest famous for the 2008 Olympic Games and, of course, the Tiananmen Square, the site of the infamous massacre of students by the Army in 1989.These are just selected interesting places in China.
